This booking relates to the accommodation only and does not cover flights, transfers, car hire or any other matters. These are payable direct to the provider of such services as directed by them.
The accommodation is privately owned and is let on a personal basis between the owners and the clients.
The owners and their representatives cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss or damage howsoever caused.
Any parties booking the property should arrange adequate personal and holiday travel insurance.
The owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility for the breakdown of public services including water, electricity or any other lack of facility which is beyond our control. In the event of a breakdown of any equipment in the property or swimming pool please notify our agents immediately.
The owners and their agents reserve the right to visit the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance work, cleaning of the pool, gardening and any other routine inspections.
The booking is confirmed when this form is signed and a deposit is received and will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The deposit is non-refundable in cases of cancellation. The balance of the cost is payable 8 weeks before your departure date. If not paid by the due date cancellation will be assumed by the owners and the property may be available for re-letting with consequent loss of the deposit. Once paid the balance is non-remunerable in the case of cancellation by the clients for whatever reason.
In this unlikely event the owners have to cancel the booking they will refund the full amount paid at the time to the clients.
Only the guests included in the completed booking form are to occupy the villa. In no circumstances will any additional persons be allowed to stay.
The property will be ready by 3.00pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
